Norboard is made to order in bespoke sizes with a minimum order from 500 square metres on selected grades.
We are committed to offering our customers a reliable and efficient service, from receiving the order to delivering the material. The normal lead time for Norboard Direct is 7 to 10 working days, which includes the three days it takes to cure the material to make it press-ready. However, with Norboard Display, our clay-coated grades have a lead time of 3 to 4 working days. Some standard grades are also held in stock for immediate delivery.
Lead times for individual liners vary and, as our stocks are generally based upon historical usage, it is critical that we are advised of future requirements as soon as they are known. Our sales office will be able to advise on specific delivery details.
When ordering, we request that you specify if the board is to be printed on both sides, to ensure correct presentation. You should also confirm any special instructions regarding palletisation or booking in on your order.
All orders must be confirmed in writing, by fax or email, following which we will send an acknowledgement of your order with the delivery date.
