Customer Service

Flexibility is a key measure of our customer service. As long as the order quantity is sufficient we can produce whatever you want, whenever you want it.

Norboard is made to order in bespoke sizes and offers a low minimum order quantity from just 500 square metres on selected grades.

We are committed to offering our customers a reliable and efficient service, from receiving the order to delivering the material. The normal lead time for Norboard Direct is 7 to 10 working days, which includes the three days it takes to cure the material to make it press-ready. However, with Norboard Display, our clay-coated grades have a lead time of 3 to 4 working days. Our sales office is available to take orders from 8.30am to 6pm five days a week.

The ability to offer a wide range of board grades, flute profiles and specialist materials is also a key feature of our supply package, and our teams of technical and sales advisors are on-hand to help you make the right choice.

Orders can be placed electronically through EDI or by contacting our dedicated internal account managers.  Our commitment to service is demonstrated by our close working relationships with key customers, many of whom ask for joint sales calls to end-users.  New products are developed in direct response to customer demand, with print trials run on behalf of customers as well as material provided for off-site trials.

As a further commitment to improving and maintaining customer service standards, we have initiated a VIP Customer Service Programme. The aim of the programme is to assess current services levels and identify areas for improvement.
